During my time as Junior Product Manager/Business Developer, together with my boss and mentor, Thomas Stumpp, we established a new company. That alone taught me about all the different aspects of launching a business and the steps and skills it takes to develop and make it successful. Some key transferable skills I developed were teamwork, creative solutions, problem solving, negotiation, an entrepreneurial mindset and organisational skills. I refined my graphic design skills by using Photoshop as my primary medium to produce a line of customisable sports and sailing bags for our new start up brand Custom2You.
